Winter And Cygnus Rising

We've been having a snowy and cold winter this year in Wisconsin.  Today started off at -8 below zero and was only up to 5 by noon.

It's supposed to be cold all week and then warm up to the teens and twenties by next week.

On the bright side, spring is coming and was heralded this morning by the summer constellation Cygnus' appearance in the east.

Soon Cygnus will be at the zenith for a good part of the night during our warm summer months.
