Natural Scratch is guaranteed.  If a cat or kitten never claws it, I am happy to provide a refund.

I only ask that the purchaser pay for shipping in both directions.  This isn't much different from someone taking a post back to a local store and getting a refund.

The purchaser has to pay for gas and invest the time it takes to visit the store.

I'm happy that very few Natural Scratch posts, planks, or slabs are returned.
